Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to send back an unused belt or wallet for a full refund (the cooling-off period in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). Email us first so we can send you the return address.

Wrong colour? Swap it within 30 days, as long as the strap hasn't been trimmed yet. Email us and we'll sort it out.

Something wrong with it? If it arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, we repair it, replace it or refund you, as the Consumer Protection Act says.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 working days of the return reaching us.
